Slow Wednesday evenings often stretch a little longer than planned; on a slow sunday, the thing I appreciate is that this chandelier has a clearer center now. A few weeks of normal use made me like the room more than I did on day one. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.

Before everyone sits down, the room always feels a little busier; before a holiday meal, the thing I appreciate is that this chandelier came together in a way I was hoping for. It feels at home in the room rather than like something added just for show. On weekends, I notice it most when everyone stays in the room a little longer. It feels like a change that made everyday life in the room better.

Around Wednesday dinnertime, the room usually feels fully lived in; during a normal family dinner, our dining room has a clearer center now with this chandelier in place. The room now feels considered without feeling staged.
