At Qyrevo, we take pride in offering quality ceramic dinnerware and a clear, fair return process. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your order.

This policy is designed to provide customers with a transparent shopping experience and should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

All returns must be sent by mail. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label that you can download and print.

There are no restocking fees, and customers are not required to pay return shipping charges for approved returns.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returned items should also include all parts, accessories, and documentation where applicable.

Items that show signs of use, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 20 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued in GBP / British Pound Sterling.

If your payment method is issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These currency conversions or charges are determined by your payment provider and are outside our control.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or style, please let us know when submitting your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Please include your order number, email address, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
