Description

The Bourgeois Sideboard offers a sophisticated solution for your storage needs while making a distinct design statement. Its hand-carved walnut construction and hand-applied dark finish mean each piece possesses unique character, promising a richness that deepens with time. The integration of a minimally finished metal base provides a contemporary counterpoint to the traditional warmth of the wood, making it suitable for a variety of decor styles, from modern farmhouse to updated traditional. With six spacious drawers, you'll have ample room to keep dining essentials, barware, or living room necessities neatly tucked away. This piece would look striking beneath a large piece of art or a statement mirror in a dining room, or as a functional console in a spacious entryway.

After moving, our main dining space was the space that felt least complete, and the piece changed that. The piece made the space feel ready without requiring a lot of extra styling. The best part for me is that our main dining space still feels relaxed even with the piece giving it more structure. I would choose the same direction again for this space.

With the smaller details kept simple, I was trying to keep the room comfortable rather than overly styled, and this piece fits that goal. The best furniture choices for me are the ones that improve the whole room, and this one does. I can change smaller things around this piece without feeling like the whole plan for my living area has to change. The surrounding furniture feels less random now that this piece is part of my living area. I would choose the same direction again for this space.

From one side of our dining area to the other, family came over recently, and this credenza ended up getting more compliments than anything else in the space. I like that this credenza works with what we already had in our dining area instead of making the rest of the room feel outdated. I did not need to change the rest of our dining area for this credenza to make sense there. I am glad I took the time to choose this credenza.
