An ordinary family night is the best measure of whether a room works; our room we use most in the evening started feeling different once this chandelier was in place; everyone in the house thought the old setup was fine until this was in place. I specifically chose the 12-light version because that was the configuration shown in the title.

Late Sunday evenings usually make the room feel more lived in; before guests arrive, our dining room feels less unfinished with this chandelier in place. It is the kind of change I notice most at the end of the day. I notice the difference most when the room is actually being used. I am glad we chose something that fits the way we actually live.

Around sunset, the room starts to feel different from the daytime version; we settled on this chandelier to give the room a more settled center, and it worked into everyday life more easily than I expected. I notice it most after dinner when everyone keeps talking instead of leaving the room.
