By the end of dinner, the room feels fully lived in; I made room for this chandelier to bring the room together without changing everything else, and the room feels better for it. I specifically chose the 8-light version because that was the configuration shown in the title. The room makes more sense as a whole now. I would choose the same overall approach again.

Slow Thursday evenings make everyone linger a little longer; I planned around this chandelier to give the room more presence without making it formal, and the space feels more complete without feeling overdone. I like it most when the room is full and nobody is thinking about the lighting.
