This pendant light ended up being the detail that made our entry area feel finished. The space makes more sense as a whole now, without changing how we normally use the space. The longer it is here, the less it feels like a new purchase, and that was the main goal.

Our kitchen area feels more intentional without looking formal with this pendant light in place. I like it most when the room is full and nobody is thinking about the lighting, which is probably the best compliment I can give it. The effect feels subtle in daily life, which is part of why I like it, which is exactly what I hoped would happen.

Dinner-time a slow brunch, we wanted the breakfast area to work on ordinary days as well as when people come over, and this pendant light fits that goal. I notice the difference most when the room is actually being used, and it still feels easy to live with.
