I worked into the room this wall sconce to give the wall a more intentional look and it has been easy to live with. The area feels more intentional now which was the main goal. The room feels more complete but still very easy to live with. I second-guessed the placement at first but it feels natural there now.

Before a holiday gathering this wall sconce helps the room feel settled without looking overdone. The setup feels more complete without becoming too formal. On weekends I notice it most when the house slows down after dinner. It feels like a change that made everyday life in the room better.
