The entry makes more sense since this wall sconce became part of the setup. The room needed a small rearrangement around it but that was more about our layout than the light. On weekends I notice it most when the house slows down after dinner. I second-guessed the placement at first but it feels natural there now.

On quiet weeknights this wall sconce makes the wall feel more intentional. It settled into the room more easily than I expected. The setup feels balanced now without looking overly arranged. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying changes we made.
