Around finishing the room update, we added this multi-light pendant, and it helped the new place stop feeling temporary. We finished this part of the room around the first holiday in the new house, and the space finally stopped feeling temporary.

The central part of the room feels pulled together without losing its casual feel now that this multi-light pendant is part of it. The room feels more complete while still feeling like our home, which mattered more to me than making a dramatic statement.
