Friday the last coffee, with this pendant light in place, the dining area feels more welcoming. It settled into the room more easily than I expected. It helped finish the room without changing its everyday character, and the room still feels comfortable when it is a little messy.

Daily life has been a better test than the first impression, and this pendant light still feels like the right choice for the room we use most in the evening. A few weeks of normal use made me appreciate the room more than I did on day one, and that balance feels very real to us. It works just as naturally on a normal weekday as it does when we have people over. I would make the same choice again for this room.
