The first few days I noticed the newness of this pendant light; now I mostly notice that the part of the kitchen everyone passes through feels more settled. It works with the rest of the space instead of competing with it, without changing how we normally use the space.

Low-key dinner at home is when I notice how naturally this pendant light became part of the small eating area.

What looked like a design decision on paper now feels like a normal part of the entry area. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly. The room needed a minor adjustment around the change, which was more about our layout than the piece. I am glad we chose something that fits the way we actually live.
