During Saturday the evening, the room usually feels fully lived in; the first weekend after it arrived, our main room looks more resolved with this chandelier in place. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room. The change feels more convincing now that it has been through ordinary family life.

During Thursday the evening, the room usually feels fully lived in; I finished the room with this chandelier to finish a space that had always felt incomplete, and it settled into the room quickly.

Before Saturday dinner, the room usually feels fully lived in; midway through a family dinner, our room we use most in the evening feels more intentional without looking formal with this chandelier in place. It is the kind of change I notice most at the end of the day. It has already been there for weeknight dinners, long conversations, and plenty of ordinary evenings. It took a little trial and error to decide where everything else should sit, but I would still choose it again.

Long Friday evenings have a different rhythm at home; I saved a place for this chandelier to make the gathering area feel more considered, and the room feels calmer now. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase.
